We ship throughout the entire European Union, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom — sent directly by us via DHL and carefully packaged.

Your order is processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany takes approx. 1–3 business days, EU-wide approx. 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email.

Shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout.

Note for deliveries to Switzerland and the United Kingdom: as these countries lie outside the EU, additional import taxes or customs duties may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Returns & Withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within this period.

To start a return, email us at info@mythroma.com. We'll then share the return address and next steps.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the item.
