How long does shipping take?+
Your order is processed within 1–2 business days and dispatched via DHL. Within Germany it usually arrives in 1–3 business days, and across the EU in 3–7 business days.
Where do you ship to?+
We ship throughout the entire European Union, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Orders are sent directly by us via DHL. For deliveries to Switzerland and the UK, import duties may apply.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping costs are shown transparently at checkout.
Can I return my order?+
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Unopened items can be returned within this period. Full conditions are set out in our cancellation policy.
Are there samples to try?+
Yes — each of our four fragrances is available as a 2 ml sample for €3.95. Ideal for discovering your favourite before reaching for the 100 ml bottle.
Which payment methods do you offer?+
You can conveniently pay by PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (buy now, pay later / instalments).
What are the bundles?+
A bundle brings together two complementary fragrances in one set: “Shadow & War” combines Thanatos and Ares, “Nature & Love” combines Faunus and Cupido. Each set contains two 100 ml bottles. There is also the sample set: all four fragrances as 2 ml samples in one box.
Are the fragrances really handcrafted?+
Yes. Every Mythroma fragrance is an Extrait de Parfum in high concentration, handcrafted in Germany — uncompromising in raw materials, bottle and design.
